Application Information
Taft Research Center offers over 20 programs dedicated to the advancement of the humanities and social sciences. Taft works with faculty and students across 14 departments to fuel humanities and social sciences research and bring to the community discussions on important issues of the day.
Awards are available to individuals or groups that meet eligibility requirements. For more information on eligibility, please visit our "History & Membership" page on this website, under "About", or simply click on the "Eligibility" tab below.
Applications must be submitted through the website before 5PM on the date of published deadlines. Some applications require addition review, by the applicant's department or outside reviewers. Applications should be uploaded with enough time to allow for this review prior to the close of the deadline.
We strongly urge Taft Departments to establish an internal deadline for electronic submission of applications for departmental review; if, however, an internal deadline has not been established by the Department Head, all applicants should allow 7 full days for departmental review and authorization within the electronic submission system.
